The APTERR Secretariat provided 72-MT rice contributed by the Republic of Korea (ROK) through the Tier 3 programme to support the poor in Siem Reap and Kampong Cham provinces, Cambodia in fighting poverty.
At the ceremonial rice distribution held on 26 August 2018 in Kampong Cham province, Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (MAFF), Cambodia Vang Sakhon expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Korean Government for a generous rice contribution as well as the APTERR Secretariat for supporting this rice assistance programme to 3,800 beneficiaries in two provinces.
