The APTERR Secretariat attended the 18th ASEAN Food Security Information System (AFSIS) Focal Point Meeting via the videoconference on 9 June 2020. Ms. Nattavadee Sraprathum, Staff for Implementation as the representative from the APTERR Secretariat took this opportunity to promote the APTERR’s activities and its informative products related to the AFSIS works, especially the Food Emergency Monitoring and Information (FEMI).

The meeting was attended by the AFSIS member countries together with information-related agencies from the ASEAN Plus Three countries. This event is a stage for the AFSIS Focal Point and all participants to exchange point of views and share their experiences on food security information issues. This year, Brunei Darussalam was a host for the meeting.
